What we look after while you're away.
Seasonal checkups & cleaning.
We come by on a regular schedule while you're away. We look things over, clean and tune the equipment, and make sure the furnace is keeping the place warm enough to protect the plumbing.
You don't have to ask a neighbour to "check on the place." It's on our call sheet.
WiFi temperature monitoring.
We offer WiFi monitoring systems so you can check the temperature at the cottage right from your phone, whether you're in the city, at work, or somewhere down south. Set a low-temperature alert and you'll know right away if the place gets too cold.
If something's wrong, give us a call and we'll go take care of it.
Requires home WiFi
Fully bonded. Insurance-friendly.
Crose Mechanical is fully bonded. The folks going into your empty house are ones you can trust, with the paperwork to back it up.
Regular documented visits to a vacant home are also exactly what insurance companies like to see.
