How It Works
From first visit to never thinking about it again.
Joining the Club takes one service visit. After that, the office keeps the schedule, the crew does the work, and your only job is answering the phone when we call to book.

Before You Sign Up
The honest answers.
How often will you come out?
As often as makes you comfortable. Once a year if you keep an eye on things yourself, twice a year if you'd rather not think about it. Air conditioning and furnace get checked once a year, or at the start and end of the season.
How do I get ready for the first visit?
You don't need to do anything. The first visit is just a conversation. We come to the house, talk about what you're looking for, and nail down a monthly cost together.
Do you service heat pumps?
Yes. Membership includes a basic cleaning. Deep coil cleaning isn't included and is priced separately as required. Call the office for details on your unit.
What about boilers?
Boilers, whether propane or natural gas, are common in older homes around Grey-Bruce, and they all need tender loving care. Very few HVAC contractors in the area are comfortable working on boilers. Crose Mechanical has been servicing them since 2011, backed by Eric's 35+ years in the trade.
Why invest in maintenance instead of waiting until something breaks?
Think about a car. You change the oil and check the tires so it keeps running, because if you don't, you're just waiting for the day it leaves you at the side of the road. A furnace is the same way, except it's your house. We look for the signs that something's coming, tell you before it happens, and keep the system running as efficiently as it can. Furnaces tend to give out during the coldest week of the year. That's just how it goes.
